By accessing or using I.AM at deb0.com("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

I.AM provides a portfolio hosting platform that allows users to create, publish, and share public web pages. The Service includes a web-based dashboard, an API for programmatic access, and public portfolio pages hosted on deb0.com.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service. However, by publishing content, you acknowledge that:

• All published content is publicly accessible to anyone on the internet
• Content may be indexed by search engines and AI crawlers
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish
• You will not publish content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to distribute malware, phishing content, spam, or any material that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Service Tiers

The free tier provides up to 2 pages per account. Additional features and capacity may be offered under a paid tier, the details of which will be published separately.

7. API Usage

The Service provides an API for programmatic access. API users must authenticate using issued tokens and comply with rate limits. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or account suspension.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I.AM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which permanently removes your profile and all associated content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
